Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 12–10:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Raleigh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Since I had never been to Kpot before, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We all decided to try the soup and BBQ. Unfortunately, your party can't just order one or the otherβ€”you have to choose either or both. Our server was very patient and explained everything clearly, which we really appreciated. The service was incredibly quick; as soon as we ordered on the tablet, our food arrived within minutes. The food was delicious, even though we cooked it ourselves on the grill. The staff was very attentive, and they even replaced our grill before we had to ask. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we're definitely planning to go back for more!

This place is our go-to for Korean BBQ. Incredible value and incredible food. The most authentic Korean BBQ we've found locally, and we've tried it all over Asia. Our server Alex is always great. Always made sure to refill our glasses before they got too low. 10/10.

I really wanted to enjoy and like this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was just so so bad πŸ˜•we were a party of three and two of us found hairs in our ramen. I have worked in retail and food service so I felt really bad bringing this up to our waiter especially because it was a really busy night. But.. hair in the food, twice, is something else... Additionally, when I walked in I think they had just mopped and there was no wet floor sign BECAUSE I did indeed fall and land on my knee 😬. (If you guys wanna check the cameras for a laugh, you will probably enjoy me going SPLAT) maybe no one saw but no one offered to help after I fell LOLOL alsoooo I told the waiter about placing a wet floor sign and also about the hair in the ramen and no manager came up to acknowledge the hair or the lack of a wet floor sign. It wasn't until the very end of the night that I explicitly told the waiter we needed to speak to the manager. I think most places would have sent a manager at the first sign of a bad experience like the wet floor sign and the first hair. The manager did eventually come up and talk with us. However, he only offered 20% off our check. I did not feel this was appropriate, b

This was our first time at KPot. We celebrated our 24th anniversary. We ate Bbq.The food was delicious and plentiful. The bulgogi is my favorite. Our server Emma was gracious and accommodating. She gave us great suggestions for custom sauces.

Amazing experience! Spicy beef bulgibi was my favorite meat. Also the Korean radishes on the bar and kimchi was the best I’ve ever had. Great selection of sauces on the buffet as well. AND -go during the week for their lunch time special before 4pm for all you can eat for $20 and get a bottle of the chilled sake that is enough for Four people for $19 as an authentic And smooth rice buzz that to the flavor.
